Choose the right format

Read the product requirements. A browser dashboard is different from an Excel workbook or a printable PDF. Some features require desktop Excel, internet access, order activation, or a PDF reader supporting forms.

Delivery and access

Checkout takes place on Payhip. Use your receipt and purchase download page to access files and instructions. Some products contain an access guide rather than the app itself. Follow each product’s START HERE instructions.

Data and backups

Do not assume automatic cloud storage or device synchronization. Browser tools may save information only in the browser you use. Download backups regularly. Excel workbooks and PDFs use your saved working files.

Licensing

Read the included license and live listing. Do not redistribute or resell the purchased app or source files. Workbook Publishing Studio permits selling exported workbooks made with content and assets you own or are licensed to use, subject to its included license.

Pricing and refund terms

Current prices, taxes where applicable, and purchase terms appear in the store and at checkout. Review those terms before payment. For refund questions or an order problem, contact the studio with the product name and order reference. No additional refund guarantee is made on this website.

Order problems and refund requests

For missing access, a damaged download, or a product that differs from its description, contact the studio with your order reference, product name, and what went wrong. Do not include payment card information. We will use the order details to review the issue; this page does not promise an automatic refund or a fixed response time. Purchase-specific terms and applicable consumer rights still apply.
