Open the receipt or download page from the store where you bought the product. Some products supply an access guide, others provide files to extract. If you cannot find your order, contact the studio with the product name and order reference.

Download and extract ZIP files before opening their contents. Follow START HERE, Read Me, or the included quick-start guide. Browser tools, Excel workbooks, courses, and printable files have different setup instructions.

Check the product page requirements and try the demo on your intended device. Desktop Excel is required for the Excel workbooks. A PDF viewer supporting forms is needed for fillable PDFs. Workbook Publishing Studio is best used on a computer for longer workbooks.

Keep regular exports or downloadable backups where supported. Browser storage may be limited to one browser and device. Clearing site data or using private browsing can affect saved records. Save Excel working copies in your own files.

Do not assume automatic synchronization. Follow each tool’s backup, restore, or file-transfer instructions. Stock & Supply Studio does not include automatic device sync or store integration.

Follow the supplied activation guide using your order number and purchase email. Internet and access to the purchase email are required for online course activation. Downloaded companion PDFs are separate from online lessons.

Read the included license and listing. Do not redistribute purchased apps or source files. Workbook Publishing Studio allows selling exported workbooks made using content and assets you own or are licensed to use, subject to its license.

Review the terms on your purchase listing and receipt. Contact the studio with your product name, order reference, and a clear explanation. Avoid sending passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information.
