Lost a receipt, missing a download, or unsure how to open your files? Work through these steps before buying again.
Find your purchase confirmation
Search the email address you used at checkout for the product name, BetterEveryday Studio, or Payhip. Check spam and junk folders too. Your receipt or confirmation page provides your download or access instructions.
Check the product format
An access-guide PDF may contain the link to a browser app. A ZIP usually needs extracting first. Excel workbooks require the listed software. Read START HERE or the quick-start guide before opening the product.
Ask for help if access is still missing
Send the product name and purchase reference if available. We need to check the purchase before helping recover access. This form saves a support request; it does not automatically resend receipts or release paid files.
